Phi Lambda Rho Sorority, Inc. is committed to developing and empowering strong Chicana/ Latina leaders who will make a positive impact in their community. As an organization, we strive to provide women with the resources to grow personally, academically, and professionally in order to reach their ultimate goal.
Purpose Statement:
The purpose of Phi Lambda Rho Sorority, Inc. is to provide a lifelong sisterhood based on facilitating the advancement of women of color through higher education.
Mission Statement:
Our mission is to give back to our community, especially our marginalized youth while celebrating and promoting the Chicana/Latina culture.
